Model changes
New Model number : M-2.3.3
Sheep
· Fix to underestimation of milk production by ewes . This will lead to an increase in overall emissions
Poultry
· Fix to bug where volatile solid excretion was being overestimated for poultry. This fix will reduce methane associated with poultry manure significantly
· Fix to bug where nitrogen intake for poultry was being overestimated. This will lead to significantly reduced nitrous oxide emissions from poultry manure
· Fix to way default egg weights are interpreted for poultry layers. This will lead to an increase in overall emissions for reports where average egg weight was previously left blank, and these blank cells will now be filled with an average weight of 66g
UI changes
Minor user interface updates in various areas of the application to improve responsiveness and user experience
Backend changes
Updated backend infrastructure with newer version of .Net Framework
